As a born-and-raised Calgarian I have had my whole life to get to know Calgary, and since 2006, have had the time to really learn the ins-and-outs of the Calgary Real Estate market.
Throughout my 15+ years as a Realtor I have had the honor of winning multiple awards for my work, including my Top Producer award. The Top Producer Award is an honor which really means the most to me, as it recognizes me for the trust and loyalty that my clients have held for me for my many years of service to them, something that I take deep pride in.
I also pride myself on being an honest trustworthy Realtor, an able negotiator, and having the ability to structure buyer and seller needs to into actionable objectives.

At the most basic level buying and selling real estate through the Multiple Listing Service may not appear to be a complicated business, but because details of a real estate transaction change over time, a qualified Realtor is essential to make sure that you get all the details regarding your listing right.
In order to stay on top of all the changes in the industry, I actively participate in professional development to stay ahead of the curve, to best provide you with the highest level of service in the industry.
What you can expect from me as your Realtor
In the beginning, I like to sit down with each client to discuss every detail of the future transaction, because every unique customer has needs that must be met for the deal to have a successful conclusion.
The pace of the process varies widely from person to person, so I will always take the time to assess the speed that my clients need to be comfortable, and tailor the process to suit every individual.
Sellers typically need to be informed about the listing process, the Multiple Listing Service, and what they can expect in terms of marketing activities performed by the Realtor. They need to be informed about what is reasonable concerning showings and interaction with prospective buyers.
My clients receive current market updates during the process of marketing their home, so there will be no surprises along the way.
Feedback can be useful in the selling process, that is why I enroll all my clients in a Home Feedback Program to help us gather as much information as possible from the buyer's perspective. This process helps to sell the home by providing information about prospects' perception of the house and details of things that could be changed to make the home more saleable.
